MEET THE OWNER
Jamie Fox, born on January 8, 1959, in Valletta, Malta, is a distinguished construction
engineer with a career spanning over four decades. He completed his early education in
Valletta before earning a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering from the University of
Liverpool, where he studied Structural Engineering, Project Management, Sustainable
Construction Practices, and Innovative Building Materials.
With extensive experience working for prestigious construction firms, Jamie has managed
projects across Albania, Lithuania, Sweden, Norway, Portugal, Spain, the Netherlands,
Germany, and England. In 2019, after 17 years in the industry, he founded his own firm,
Hightech Civil Constructions, dedicated to integrating cutting-edge technology and
sustainability into every project.
Under Jamie's leadership, Hightech Civil Constructions has quickly established itself as an
industry leader. His vision for innovative, eco-friendly construction continues to drive the
company's success and influence the future of construction engineering.
